- Shipping & Returns
- All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
- USPS orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of processing, if not sooner.
- USPS orders will be received 1-3 business days of processing.
- If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
- We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
- We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.
You can select to send a package to:
- Billing Address– the same address as your billing address for your credit card.
- Shipping Address– an alternate address for you.
- All international orders are shipped by USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
- We charge an $18 flat rate. The receiver is responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
- International orders may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale only.
- boy+girl is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt/gift receipt.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and you can return regular priced merchandise within 7 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges.
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, boy+girl will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.
